Are you a results-oriented real estate professional with a passion for high-value property sales Crown Crest invites driven individuals to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in selling premium holiday homes in the Himalayas.

Experience Required: 12 years in real estate sales

Location: Gurugram

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Handle UHNI & HNI client inquiries for luxury properties and close deals.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships with personalized property solutions.
  • Conduct property presentations, coordinate site visits, and ensure consistent follow-ups.
  • Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Keep updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven real estate sales experience, preferably in luxury or second homes.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client queries & questions.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and client communication.
