Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Handle UHNI & HNI client inquiries for luxury properties and close deals.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships with personalized property solutions.
- Conduct property presentations, coordinate site visits, and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Keep updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven real estate sales experience, preferably in luxury or second homes.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle client queries & questions.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and client communication.
