Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, conducting property tours, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include managing sales leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful closing of deals. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate market
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
