Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Surat. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include pitching products to potential buyers, following up on leads, conducting market research to understand customer needs, and negotiating terms to close deals. This position requires proactive communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to represent the company professionally in client interactions.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in meeting sales quotas and closing deals
- Customer relationship management and client communication skills
- Market research and analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Understanding of the diamond or luxury product market is a plus
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
