Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will engage with clients to promote and sell travel services and solutions. The role involves identifying prospective customers, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include researching market trends, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with the team to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to close sales effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships and assist customers effectively
  • Knowledge or experience in travel services, customer relationship management (CRM), and a passion for travel and hospitality
  • Analytical and research skills to stay updated on market trends and identify opportunities
  • Proficiency in sales tools, software, and basic understanding of marketing concepts
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a sales role or the travel industry is an advantage
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales or travel industry are a plus
