Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, maintaining relationships with clients, and handling customer inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, presenting customized travel solutions, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with travel agents and partners, preparing sales reports, and participating in marketing activities to increase brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Customer Service and Relationship Management experience
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of the travel industry and travel destinations
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Previous experience in travel and tourism is a plus
