Qualification:Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Experience: Fresher / 1-3 Years (relevant industry experience preferred)
Job Location : Koramangala, Bengaluru
Language: Kannada, Tamil, and English are required; knowing any other language is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
●Counsel prospective students and parents on Arivu Skills courses, understanding career goals and recommending suitable programs.
●Explain course curriculum, certifications, placement support, fees, and career opportunities, and handle admission-related queries professionally.
●Handle leads generated through the website, social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, walk-ins, webinars, and marketing campaigns, contacting new leads promptly.
●Conduct regular follow-ups until admission closure, and maintain accurate records of all enquiries in the CRM.
●Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions, achieve monthly admission and revenue targets, guide students through the admission and payment process, and coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding.
●Build strong relationships with students and parents, providing timely updates on batches, schedules, and course commencement, and ensuring a positive admission experience.
●Update all lead activities in the CRM daily, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
●Conduct telephonic counselling, attend walk-in enquiries, and follow up through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
●Participate in educational events, webinars, and open-house sessions to generate admissions.

●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong counselling and convincing abilities.
●Ability to build rapport with students and parents, with good negotiation and objection-handling skills.
●Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
●Goal-oriented and self-motivated, comfortable working under monthly sales targets.
Job Type : Full-Time (Mon-Sat, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
