Sales Executive B&M Infra

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive who will serve as the first touchpoint for prospective clients and play a vital role in driving our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify and follow up on leads for residential and commercial projects.

Manage leads provided by the company and convert them into business opportunities.

Meet prospective clients to understand requirements and present B&M's solutions and expertise.

Build and maintain strong client engagement across the pipeline, converting prospects into hot leads

Assist in preparing proposals, quotations and basic client documentation.

Negotiate within company guidelines to support deal closures.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and reports.

Represent B&M Infra at networking forums, industry meets and exhibitions.

Requirements

23 years of field sales experience (preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries.)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.

Strong written communication skills for client emails, proposals and reporting.

Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler license (own vehicle preferred).

Self-motivated, disciplined in follow-ups, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Business, Engineering, or Construction background is an advantage).

Familiarity with the local construction and real estate market.

Comfortable using MS Office and basic CRM tools.
