Role Description

TheSalesExecutivewillbe responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in developing and expanding business for the Business Centre. They will workclosely with the Sales Managers to ensure that sales of services within the business are all maximised. Supporting haveresponsibilityfordevelopingbusinessfortheBusinessCentreinwhichthey

arebasedaswellasotherlocationswithintheportfolio.Theymustalsoensurethatsalesofservices

withinthebusinessaremaximised.He/shewillworkcloselywiththeSales Manager andthe operationalteamingeneral.AfurtherkeyrelationshipwillbewithAvanta'sDirectSalesteam,basedat

headoffice.Buildingandmaintainingexcellentworkingrelationshipswithbusinesspartnersisimperative,

particularlywiththebrokersandcommercialagents.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting business development, generating new business, and managing third-party relationships in co working and business centre.
  • Experience handling small, medium, or large accounts.
  • Excellent presentation skills with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Computer literate and comfortable using databases to update contacts and leads.
  • Numerate, with the ability to perform basic calculations as required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle diverse client needs.
  • Capable of providing customized, consultative solutions based on individual client requirements.

  • Takeleadresponsibilityforachievingthebudgetedoccupancyforthecentre.
  • Ensurethesalesdatabasesystemiscorrectlymaintainedandsupported.
  • Reportandmonitorsaleactivityonaweekly,monthlyandquarterlybasis.
  • Networkbothinternallyandexternally.
