Job Description Sales Executive (21K School)
- We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Admissions & Sales team at 21K School, Indiranagar, Bangalore. In this role, you will engage with parents and students, understand their requirements, and guide them through the complete admissions process for India's leading online school.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from parents/students.
- Explain 21K School's curriculum, programs, fee structure, and admission process clearly.
- Understand parent needs and recommend the best academic solution.
- Maintain timely follow-ups and update all interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
- Participate in counseling sessions, webinars, and virtual admission events.
- Coordinate with marketing and admin teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
- 04 years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / EdTech / Customer Handling.
- Excellent communication skills in English (multilingual skills are a plus).
- Strong persuasion and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Workspace, Zoom/Google Meet.
- Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
Compensation
- CTC: 6 LPA
- Variable Pay: Up to 2 LPA (performance-based)
