Job Description

  • Promote and sellvalvesandUVGI productsto HVAC contractors, consultants, facility managers, OEMs, and industrial clients.
  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across relevant sectors.
  • Understand client technical requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients, consultants, and specifiers.
  • Prepare and deliver commercial offers, quotations, and negotiate to close deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering(mandatory).
  • 58 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a focus on valves and/or UVGI systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of valves (control, balancing, pressure-reducing, etc.) and/or UVGI solutions.
  • Proven success in B2B sales and ability to manage the complete sales cycle.
  • Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking ability and industry connections with consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
