Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in South West Delhi. orissa,Assam, West Bengal The role involves managing pre-sales and post-sales activities, understanding client requirements, and presenting tailored technical solutions. The Sales Engineer will facilitate product demonstrations, provide technical support, and collaborate closely with clients to ensure satisfaction. The role also includes creating and delivering sales proposals and working closely with the sales and engineering teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering, including developing technical solutions and collaborating with diverse teams
• Experience in Sales and providing exceptional Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
• Technical Support experience and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the global export sector or relevant industries is beneficial
