Job Description
We are a leading Industrial products distribution Company in Pune and we are looking for a Sales Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote sales of Gearboxes and related products.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide technical support to clients, including product recommendations and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote our products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Gearbox or related industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
