Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in New Delhi. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, providing technical expertise and support during sales processes, and identifying customer requirements. Day-to-day tasks include presenting product offerings, preparing proposals, conducting demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering and strong technical knowledge
• Proven skills in Sales and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills to deliver technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders
• Ability to provide Technical Support, resolve queries, and assist clients with product usage
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in interpreting technical documents and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Previous exposure to CNC machinery or the manufacturing sector is an advantage
