Job Summary
We are seeking technically strong and customer-focused Sales Engineers for equipment and elevator solutions. The role combines technical expertise, sales skills, and on-site customer engagement to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for equipment and elevator systems through prospecting and client visits.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to support project execution and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitors; provide feedback to improve products and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare forecasts, weekly reports, and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in equipment or elevator industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment and lifting systems.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role; willingness to travel.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
