Job Type: Full-Time Field Sales

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Vehicle: Mandatory (Field Sales Role)

Relocation: Not allowed local candidates preferred

Position: Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking technically strong and customer-focused Sales Engineers for equipment and elevator solutions. The role combines technical expertise, sales skills, and on-site customer engagement to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for equipment and elevator systems through prospecting and client visits.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution recommendations tailored to customer needs.
  • Conduct site assessments and prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to support project execution and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors; provide feedback to improve products and sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare forecasts, weekly reports, and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in equipment or elevator industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of equipment and lifting systems.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role; willingness to travel.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
