Position: Sales & Marketing Engineer Welding Electrodes
Location: Delhi/Gurgaon & Jaipur
Experience: 36 years (Welding / Industrial Sales)
Qualification: Diploma/B.E. Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Welding
What You Will Do
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and manage dealer/distributor networks.
- Develop new industrial clients and maintain existing relationships.
- Conduct product demos, trials, and offer basic technical support.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and share regular sales performance reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, product launches, and dealer meets.
What we are Looking For
- 36 years of experience in welding or industrial product sales.
- Strong understanding of welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SAW).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Welding.
- Candidates with dealer network exposure preferred.
