We are hiring a Sales Engineer for our client, a reputed Mechanical Equipment Manufacturer (specializing in Dosing & Metering Pumps). The candidate will be responsible for handling direct sales, business development, and client engagement across the All-India Region, with the objective of achieving revenue targets and expanding market share.
This position demands strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients, distributors, and internal teams.
Position Summary:
Sales Engineer Pumps Division
The Sales Engineer will manage direct sales of Dosing & Metering Pumps, develop new business accounts, and build long-term relationships with end-users, OEMs, consultants, and EPC companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and business development for pump products across India.
Conduct market analysis, identify new business opportunities, and prepare competitor analysis.
Develop and execute strategies for market penetration and customer retention.
Establish and maintain end-user level contacts with Consultants, OEMs, and key accounts.
Handle technical discussions and prepare proposals for clients.
Provide sales forecasts, reports, and updates on market trends and competition.
Utilize digital tools for sales presentations and reporting.
Support after-sales communication and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical Engineering)
Experience: 12 years in Sales or Sales Management (preferably in Engineering Products)
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience managing distributor channels and direct clients.
Exposure to industries like Specialty Chemicals, Water Treatment, Industrial Gases, Power Plants, Oil & Gas, LPG OEMs, or EPCs preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
40,000+ per month + Yearly Bonus + Conveyance + PL & CL

Office Timings: 10:30 am to 6:00 pm
