Sales Engineer/Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer located in New Delhi with the flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day technical support, sales, and customer service. The Sales Engineer will be expected to provide product information, develop and maintain customer relationships, and provide sales support to the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Engineering skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
• Strong base with Consultants , Architects , PMC to generate leads and maintain good relations
• Excellent Technical Support skills to help clients understand our product and services
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders
• Proven experience in Sales with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships, and to negotiate and close deals
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on providing the highest level of service to clients
• A degree in Engineering and Business Administration with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in the building materials or construction industry is a plus
• Fluency in more than one language is an asset
