About BrightEdge

BrightEdge is the global leader in AI-powered organic search, content performance, and digital experience optimization. Trusted by many of the world's leading enterprise brands, our platform helps organizations increase online visibility, drive measurable business outcomes, and stay ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

As we continue to scale globally, we're looking for a highly motivated Sales Enablement Manager to empower our Sales organization through world-class onboarding, learning programs, sales content, coaching, and enablement initiatives.

About the Role

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in improving the effectiveness and productivity of our global Sales organization. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product Management, and Customer Success to equip our sellers with the knowledge, tools, messaging, and processes they need to consistently win.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building scalable enablement programs, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and driving measurable business impact in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What You'll Do

  • Design and manage onboarding programs for new Sales hires, reducing ramp time and accelerating productivity.
  • Develop and deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training programs for SDRs, Account Executives, and Sales Managers.
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, messaging frameworks, discovery guides, objection-handling resources, and competitive intelligence.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to enable successful product launches and GTM initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching and learning programs.
  • Build certification programs and learning paths to improve seller readiness and ongoing development.
  • Measure enablement effectiveness using KPIs such as onboarding completion, ramp time, quota attainment, certification scores, content adoption, and training effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize enablement technologies and learning platforms.
  • Support Sales Kickoffs, quarterly business reviews, and strategic enablement initiatives.
  • Gather feedback from the field and continuously improve enablement programs based on business needs.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Commercial Enablement, Sales Training, or Sales Readiness within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Experience supporting Enterprise or Mid-Market Sales teams.
  • Proven experience designing onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, Sandler, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience partnering with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to measure enablement effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global or distributed Sales organizations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle, WorkRamp, Allego, or Showpad.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Gong, Clari, HubSpot, or similar Revenue Technology platforms.
  • Experience supporting AI, MarTech, AdTech, Digital Marketing, SEO, or enterprise software products is highly desirable.

Success in This Role

In your first year, you will:

  • Improve new hire onboarding and shorten seller ramp time.
  • Increase adoption of enablement content and learning programs.
  • Build scalable onboarding, certification, and coaching frameworks.
  • Successfully support major product launches and GTM initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales leaders to improve seller productivity and readiness.
  • Establish measurable enablement KPIs that demonstrate business impact.

Why BrightEdge

  • Join a market-leading AI SaaS company serving some of the world's largest enterprise brands.
  • Work with talented global teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Build enablement programs that directly influence revenue growth.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in India while collaborating with global teams.
  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Work Schedule

This is a remote position based in India. Because you'll partner closely with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams in North America, this role requires regular overlap with US Eastern (EST) and Pacific (PST) business hours to support training sessions, coaching, program execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
