Job Description :
1. Manage business relationships with all Retail Channels - National Distributors, IFAs and Digital distributors with purpose of increasing sales and market share.,2. Priority activities - strategic tie-ups, product approvals, sales strategy, marketing plans, sales engagements and regular communication.,3. Build SIP book by engaging all distributors - NDs, IFAs, Digital, Wealth, Banking building strategic tie-ups increasing SIP gross sales and market share.,4. Improving internal sales processes by developing new processes, monitoring progress, regular reviews and running critical MIS and databases.
