  • Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Compensation: 35,000 – 45,000 Per month
  • Experience: 2–4 Years (B2B SaaS Preferred)

We are hiring a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation for a growing SaaS company.

You will play a key role in connecting with potential customers, building qualified sales opportunities, and supporting the Account Executives with a strong pipeline. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy outbound sales, relationship building, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through outbound channels (cold email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements and target customer profiles
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in CRM platforms (HubSpot / Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
  • Consistently achieve monthly targets related to outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline generation
  • Share customer insights and market feedback to improve lead targeting and messaging

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in SDR / BDR / Inside Sales / Outbound Sales roles
  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS sales or SaaS lead generation environment
  • Hands-on experience with outbound tools such as: Apollo / LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Outreach / ZoomInfo
  • Strong CRM knowledge (HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in high-volume outbound outreach roles
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset

Good to Have

  • Experience working with SaaS, CRM, or AI-based products
  • Exposure to international sales markets (US / Europe / APAC)
  • Understanding of outbound sales processes and pipeline management
  • Experience in startup or high-growth sales environments
