Role Overview
We're hiring high-energy SDRs to drive our outbound engine for the North American market. You'll connect with senior decision-makers in SMB and mid-market wholesale companies and fuel the top of the funnel.
Responsibilities
Run a 100% outbound motion focused on new business
Research, identify, and qualify high-potential accounts in wholesale/distribution
Make 100+ cold calls daily and run targeted outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
Engage CEOs, Sales Leaders, and IT Directors with personalized messaging
Partner with AEs to set up qualified demos and ensure smooth handoffs
Maintain accurate data in HubSpot and test new outreach tactics
Requirements
13 years of B2B SaaS outbound experience (preferably North Americafocused)
Strong cold calling and pipeline generation track record
Excellent communication with senior stakeholders
High ownership, resilience, and comfort working U.S. time zones
Compensation: 13 LPA (Fixed) + 4 LPA (Variable)
