Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative with good communication and confidence to lead our B2B sales outreach. They will be the front-line driver of our B2B pipeline, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and creating new business opportunities for the Account Executives (AEs). This is a crucial role for a self-starter who excels at communication, strategic research, and initiating engaging conversations with key decision-makers (e.g., HR Directors, CFOs, Benefits Managers) about the value of modern OPD insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify companies that align with our ideal customer profile (ICP) in various industries
- Outbound Engagement: Execute high-volume, personalized multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, video) to key decision-makers.
- Pitch Even and our services: Engage key decision makers and create interest in exploring Even as a vendor for services
- Qualification & Handover: Conduct initial qualification calls, schedule, and transition qualified meetings to the Account Executive team.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all activities, contacts, and opportunity details within the CRM system
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise outreach messages
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
