Job Description

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Demand Generation team in Gurgaon. This is a purely outbound role focused on identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities across international markets mainly the US, UK, and EU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Apollo.
  • Conduct personalized cold outreach (emails, LinkedIn, calls) to generate qualified meetings.
  • Maintain accurate prospect data and activity logs in Salesforce/Zoho CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Gen teams to refine campaigns and messaging.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, client pain points, and competitive insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
  • 25 years of experience in outbound lead generation, SDR, or business development roles in IT services or SaaS.
  • Proven experience generating leads for international markets (US/UK/EU).
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoho, SalesLoft, LISN, or Zapier.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation domains like AI, Analytics, DevOps, or Salesforce is a plus.
