Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate high-quality leads.
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, SalesLoft, and CRM platforms to manage and track leads.

Sales Outreach & Prospecting:

  • Reach out to potential clients to introduce the company's products and services.
  • Qualify and nurture leads through the sales funnel to a mature stage.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives, within Fortune 1000 organizations.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and approaches.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve sales and marketing processes.

Target Achievement & Reporting:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate MIS of all leads, accounts, and sales activities.

Continuous Learning & Industry Engagement:

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide value-added insights to clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to identify new business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and B2B SaaS sales.
  • Strong business acumen, executive presence, and time management skills.
  • Self-starter with persistence and resilience in handling rejections.
  • Passionate about disruptive technologies and eager to learn.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
