We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Executive (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. This role is crucial in driving our sales pipeline and contributing to the overall growth of iSmartRecruit.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients within the recruitment and HR industry.
Utilize various tools and platforms to gather and manage leads.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage potential clients.
Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with iSmartRecruit s target market.
Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospects needs and challenges.
Collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified leads for further development.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
Understand clients pain points and position iSmartRecruit s solutions as the ideal fit.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation and qualification.
Market and Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively communicate iSmartRecruit s value proposition to prospects.
International Opportunities:
Candidates may have the opportunity to travel internationally, meet customers face-to-face, and generate more business.
Qualifications:
bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and results-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the SaaS industry or recruitment/HR technology.
Familiarity with lead generation and prospecting tools (eg, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
