As a Sales Counsellor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our talent staffing services and industrial employment services to clients. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Familiarity with talent staffing or industrial employment services is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using CRM software

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
