The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams. The role involves managing order processing and sales documentation to help drive efficiency and enhance Sales.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the sales and Plant team for order processing, dispatch, and product availability updates.
Manage sales documentation, including quotations, proforma invoices, order confirmations, and other reports.
Track and monitor order status, delivery timelines, and resolve any issues related to order fulfilment.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and performance reports.
Assist in preparation of monthly sales reports, targets and performance dashboards.
Communicate with internal departments (Accounts and Warehouse) to ensure smooth order execution
Support the sales team in follow-ups, customer communication, and after-sales coordination.
Handle general administrative tasks related to the sales function.
