We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for organization and a passion for real estate. This role involves maintaining property listings, assisting in marketing efforts, tracking sales performance, generating reports, and updating systems with client data. The Sales Coordinator will also ensure efficient use of systems/tools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update property listings on a regular basis.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
3. Track sales performance and generate detailed reports for management.
4. Update systems with client data and ensure efficient use of systems/tools.
5. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client issues and queries promptly and effectively.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and successful sales strategies.
