Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to assist our sales team with day-to-day operations. The role involves managing and updating data in the CRM, supporting email communication with leads and clients, and handling backend coordination tasks to ensure smooth sales processes. You'll work closely with the sales team to help streamline follow-ups, maintain accurate records, and provide general administrative support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain lead and client information in the CRM.
  • Assist the sales team with email communication and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and organize sales reports or data as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Support any backend or administrative tasks related to the sales process.

Skills and Experience:

  • Around 3+ years of experience handling backend sales related tasks
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
