Job Description for Sales Coordinator (International )
- Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and ensure action items are completed.
- Plan and coordinate any company events or external meetings involving the Director.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations
- Communication with external entities like customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies, exhibition organisers, banks, etc. as per instructions of the Director.
- Download and compile MIS reports in excel sheet, includes sales reports, marketing reports. Etc.
- Booking exhibition stands, attendee passes, arrange marketing materials for exhibitions.
- Travel arrangements for directors and guests.
- Coordination with related vendors.
