Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the corporate and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in large corporate organizations and government departments who require IT hardware, networking solutions, and UPS systems.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their technology needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our range of IT products and services, including PCs, laptops, UPS systems, and networking solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and government projects to identify business development opportunities.
  • Proposal Preparation: Create customized proposals and presentations to showcase our products and services, highlighting their value to potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes and securing deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field, preferably in Commerce or a related field.
  • A strong interest in the technology field and a passion for staying updated with industry trends.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, particularly in IT hardware, networking, or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations (preferred but not mandatory).
