Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate sales from existing customers and create new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings.
  • Liaise between customers and the company regarding service updates, pricing, and new product launches.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
  • Increase business opportunities through various market channels.
  • Achieve aggressive sales targets consistently.
  • Conduct continuous follow-ups with customers for engagement and conversions.
  • Build and retain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and requirement understanding.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in day-to-day store operations.
  • Develop strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of sales staff.
  • Delegate tasks to the sales staff in the absence of the Sales Manager.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills to ensure staff compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
  • Supervise and guide the sales team while providing incentives to motivate performance.
  • Monitor sales team performance and provide necessary feedback and support.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensure the store is adequately stocked with company products.
  • Perform all responsibilities of the Sales Manager during their absence or emergencies.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in sales and customer service.
