Job Description:
- Sales and Marketing of Mini excavators, Mid-size excavators, Backhoe Loaders and Wheel Loaders
- Developing and motivating the dealer team for planning weekly/monthly sales targets
- Relationship building with customers on a regular basis as per the areas assigned
Job responsibilities:
- Planning and achieving sales targets as per planned strategy
- Ensuring proper connect between dealer team and customers
- Maintaining existing relationships with customers and continuous efforts to be made for developing new customers
- Handling a single or multiple dealerships team in the assigned territory by acquiring potential customers
- Responsible for achieving Annual business plan signed with the dealerships
Education Qualification: BE/ B.Tech, MTech, Diploma.
Preferred Industry: Construction Equipment & Heavy Machinery/ Automotive
