Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our B2B partnership efforts with immigration companies across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships with immigration companies across India to promote CanPR's services.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential partners and assess their fit with CanPR's strategic goals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for CanPR.
  • Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve partnership objectives and business targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Brand Representation: Represent CanPR at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
  • Compliance: Ensure all partnerships comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role, preferably in the immigration or consulting industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the immigration industry and market dynamics in India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing B2B partnerships.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
