Sales Business Development Executive

We're Hiring: Sales & Business Development Executive (PTL)

Benecargo is building our PTL (Part Load) business in the Rewari–Bhiwadi–Manesar–Bawal industrial belt. We need a sales hunter—not a relationship manager, a hunter.

What We're Looking For:

✓ 3–6 years in B2B freight sales (PTL/LTL, not just FTL)

✓ Existing relationships with SMEs, manufacturers, traders in the Rewari–Bhiwadi–Manesar–Bawal belt

✓ Deep knowledge of rate cards, credit terms, payment cycles

✓ Target-driven mentality (you track your own numbers, know your pipeline)

✓ Comfortable negotiating freight rates and contract terms

✓ Background: Delhivery, Safexpress, TCI, Gati, VRL, DTDC, local logistics players

What You'll Own:

- B2B customer acquisition in assigned lanes

- Rate negotiation and margin management

- Credit term evaluation and risk management

- Monthly revenue target (we'll define together based on lane potential)

- Customer retention and upsell

- Market intelligence on competitor rates and capacity

What You Won't Do:

- Admin work or data entry (we have teams for that)

- Manage relationship paperwork (billing handles it)

- Oversee operations (that's not your job)

Your job: Hunt. Close. Deliver volume.
