What You'll Be Doing
- Generate and qualify leads in the Manufacturing and GCC segments across India, Gulf, and APAC markets.
- Leverage existing database and industry network to drive enterprise-level conversations.
- Pitch and position custom software development services, including digital transformation, application development, modernization, and support services.
- Identify key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Engineering Heads, Digital Transformation Leaders).
- Schedule meetings for the sales team and support end-to-end inside sales cycle.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For
- Strong experience in IT Services / Custom Software Development sales.
- Exposure to technologies and solution areas like .NET, Angular, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint and Power Apps Solutions.
- Proven success in Manufacturing or GCC enterprise sales.
- Strong network and experience across India, Gulf, or APAC markets.
- Expertise in inside sales, lead nurturing, cold outreach, and enterprise stakeholder management.
- Understanding of digital transformation and custom development services including:
- Web & Mobile Applications
- Enterprise Application Development
- Application Modernization
