Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to buyers in purchasing properties at the right price and under suitable terms.
  • Assess clients needs and financial capabilities to recommend appropriate property solutions.
  • Facilitate negotiation processes and advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair transactions.
  • Display and market real estate properties to potential buyers.
  • Prepare required documentation such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties.
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  • Stay informed about real estate market trends and industry best practices.
