Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Delhi, India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel planning, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing travel inquiries, making bookings, providing travel information, and addressing any client concerns. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and working closely with the marketing team to promote travel packages and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service
  • Sales experience with a focus on achieving targets and handling client relations
  • Knowledge of travel planning, booking systems, and travel industry trends
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with marketing for promotions
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage
