About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and effectively communicating with potential customers to drive sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels
- Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate with strong command of English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 12 years of sales or client communication experience (preferably in an international process)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to work in night shifts (mandatory)
