PositionSales Associate
LocationAcross Kerala (Kochi, Calicut, Thrissur, Kottayam, Trivandrum & other locations)
Role OverviewAs a Sales Associate at Lenskart, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable eyewear products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of store operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in selecting eyewear products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable frames, lenses, and accessories.
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the buying journey.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and value-added products.
Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards.
Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
Ensure stock availability and support inventory management.
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Follow company SOPs and maintain store hygiene and operational standards.
EligibilityMinimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or above.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or optical retail is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in Malayalam; English is preferred.
Passion for sales and customer interaction.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
