Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohali district for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing suitable property options. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating prices, and assisting clients in the transaction process. Additional responsibilities include managing client databases, following up on leads, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Sales and marketing knowledge, including the ability to meet sales targets and manage leads
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and practices
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous real estate sales experience is a plus
