Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Gandhidham. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and managing contracts and agreements. The Sales Associate will also work with the logistics and operations team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, and relationship management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and managing contracts
- Knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
