Sales and Service Engineer

We build high-tech rehabilitation products such as smart gloves for accurate hand movement tracking, virtual exercises for fine hand movement training, and live dashboards for progress monitoring. Our solutions are portable, lightweight, fully wireless, and adaptable to the user's performance, ensuring detailed and real-time progress reports.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer located in Gandhinagar. The Sales and Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining and repairing our innovative rehabilitation products. The role includes field service visits to customers locations, delivering product training, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical assistance.

• Effective Communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
