Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in New Delhi. The role involves working on developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and training team members on sales techniques. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in marketing campaigns to promote brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to maintain strong client relationships and engage effectively.
- Skills in Sales and Sales Management for driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
- Experience in Training team members to enhance their sales and marketing capabilities.
- Strong organizational and teamwork abilities to implement strategies collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in the retail or food and beverage industry is a plus.
- Candidate should have experience in creating reels and managing instagram ad account management.
- Managing offline sales which means candidate will travel to corporate companies to pitch corporate bookings like Hi Tea and other bulk orders to generate B2B sales.
