Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Gurugram. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing customer service, and conducting sales training sessions. On a day-to-day basis, the role includes developing and implementing marketing campaigns, creating sales reports, and working with the sales team to achieve business targets.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
