Sales And Marketing Specialist

Mocaup Global Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Strong English communication skills and a passion for digital marketing are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs

Promote the company's products/services through online and offline channels

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new leads

Coordinate with internal teams for branding, campaigns, and promotional materials

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (SEO, social media, email, etc.)

Create and deliver engaging presentations and product pitches

Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or digital marketing preferred

Excellent English communication skills spoken and written

Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented

Female candidates preferred as per company requirements

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.)

Content creation and social media management

Graphic design basics (Canva or similar tools) is a plus

Pay: 10,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
