Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, conducting client training as needed, managing sales campaigns, and actively collaborating with the marketing team to drive brand visibility and growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
• Proven experience in Sales and understanding of sales processes
• Capability in Training and Sales Management to mentor and guide teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in large-format print or related industries is a bonus
