Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Chennai and Hyderabad. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and providing outstanding customer service. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, implementing sales strategies, delivering training sessions to the sales team, and analyzing sales performance. Moreover, the specialist will be involved in supporting marketing campaigns to promote products and services effectively.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and manage sales operations proficiently.
- Ability to conduct Training and mentoring sessions for team members to enhance their skills.
- Proven ability to analyze markets and trends to identify and act on business opportunities.
- A customer-focused mindset along with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
