Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Ahmedabad with partial work-from-home flexibility. The responsibilities include driving sales initiatives and strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions for clients. Additionally, the role will involve managing sales processes, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to marketing campaigns to promote LandBitt's offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with a focus on relationship building
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to close deals and track performance
- Experience in Training and guiding clients or team members
- Basic understanding of digital platforms and real estate market trends is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
