Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Aravalli district. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential leads, executing sales plans, and training team members. The specialist will also oversee sales management and work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing initiatives.

- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct Training and mentoring sessions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
